The field of women’s health is a dynamic one. All of our physicians are board certified and take great pride in remaining current with new medications and treatments as they become available. Our priority is to provide access for you to health services that are appropriate and best for your medical needs.

Obstetrics

Obstetrics encompasses the care provided for expectant mothers before, during and after your baby's birth. Prenatal care includes routine physician appointments and diagnostic testing throughout your pregnancy to monitor your health and that of your baby. We'll be there for you after baby’s birth to monitor your health and continue to answer questions for you as you and your family adjust to your new arrival.

Gynecology

Gynecology may be defined as the diagnosis and treatment of disease and conditions that occur in the female reproductive organs of the body. Annual preventive care is a vital component to maintaining good health regardless of your age. We'll help you as your body transitions from one life phase to another, answering questions and offering diagnostic testing and treatment options such as urodynamic testing for bladder incontinence and treatment options for menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, gynecologic infections and endometriosis. Our physicians are experienced surgeons performing cervical and endometrial biopsies and various inpatient and outpatient surgeries and procedures to help restore your health.

• In-office procedures for Ablations and Essure's
  We offer Thermachoice ablations for women who have problems with heavy, painful periods and Essure, which is considered a permanent birth control method. These can be done in the office now with less cost to the patient as you no longer have to pay for your hospital time and anesthesia. Your insurance will be verified and you will be told prior to the procedure what your cost should be.

• DaVinci Robotic Surgery
  Dr Hilkowitz and Dr Reina are trained to use the robot to perform minimally invasive surgery on patients that normally would have required major surgery with hospital stays of up to 3 days, these procedures can now be performed at the Atrium with smaller incisions, shorter hospital stays, and less recovery times. Our other physicians will be trained on this equipment in the near future.

Aesthetic Services

We understand how busy women are today and how stressful life can be at times. Hilltop offers additional services to help reduce the stress that life may sometimes bring. These include:

• Massage
  Our licensed massage therapist offers time just for you to relax and unwind. Our 60 minute session combines massage with aromatherapy to provide you with a complete "getaway" experience. Do you know a special woman who deserves time for herself? Consider giving her a gift certificate to brighten her day. These make perfect gifts for baby showers, Mother’s Day (or for a soon-to-be Mom), graduations, birthdays, and other special occasions.
• "First Impressions" Fetal Portraits (available only to Hilltop obstetrics patients)
  Pregnancy is an exciting time. Our patients can start baby’s scrapbook by including amazing snapshots of their little ones before baby’s big day. Our licensed sonographer will help you screen these precious prints to provide you with the best glimpses of your baby. These make incredible photos to share with family and friends. A 4D ultrasound package is becoming an increasingly popular baby shower gift.
• Laser Services
  All of our wonderful aesthetic services are provided by our specially trained technician who will work with you to select a service below that best matches your skin care needs. (Ask about our free skin consultation). Specifically our laser services include:

Only available through select physician offices, these wonderful skin products are assembled especially for you and can be added to your facial rejuvenation session. • Chemical Peels
  Light chemical peels intensively exfoliate your skin to accelerate the cell renewal process, stimulate collagen synthesis, and improve elastin fibers in the dermis to reveal a more youthful and radiant complexion. This is a safe, non-invasive procedure that delivers results and requires no down time. Chemical peel treatments are priced on a per session basis or packaged for a series of 4 treatments.
